My trip to Vancouver and Vistoria was excelent one. I found a lot Indians there...may be all are having their own business. The Punjabi market was quite a good place to enjoy indian food. We are there for 3 days and enjoyed a lot in group.

Opportunity comes once in a life time...

"Opportunity comes once in a life time, you need to grab it". I read this on the weighing machine placed on railway platform and did not take it seriously. But I experienced it then I got to know the importnace of it. YES.... I did get a big-big opportunity in my life but could not realize it. Now I am thinking ... about it. :(

Should we follow history....

I could not remember who told me this but I do respect this thought.."Don't follow the foot prints of others, rather make your own so that other can follow you".!! Same is applied to history...read it enjoy it but don't follow it. Have your own thoughts... don't say whether the history is wright or wrong.

3 yrs in a Project...

It has been 3yrs in the project but still working....hmmm. Some says its crazy ...but I still feel as if I am new to the project. Every day I explore some thing new in my project and sometimes I also dig out my past mistakes and put them in a document as the best practises not to follow :).

But the worst part of staying long in a project is you become a teacher for others. People ask you to share the knowledge to each and every people. Now....thats become boaring and I hate that. I like the website for which I work. Its a great challenge to work for such a huge e-commerce site with millions of business and millions of users. Lets see.....how things goes in future.

Trip to New York City....

I went to NYC during '08 new year eve, of-course to see the celebration at Time Square. It was amazing to see half millon people gathered all around the Time square and shouting for last 60sec of 2007. It's hard to believe but it was a real fun to see that. At the same time a huge crystal ball falls gradually from the top of the Time Square. But the worst part of this new year was that 'No bag packs..' were allowed..grrrrr....it was really crazy. I could not make near to time square due to my bag. But I went to Central park...from there I had to watch the ball drop.

About Seattle....

Seattle is been for many years now, one of the nation's (USA) most talked-about and popular cities, and life here recently has undergone dramatic changes. Imagine yourself sitting in a park on the Seattle waterfront, a double-tall latte and an almond croissant close at hand. The snowy peaks of the Olympic Mountains shimmer on the far side of Puget Sound, while the ferryboats come and go across Elliott Bay. It's a summer day, and the sun is shining. (Hey, as long as we're dreaming, why not dream big?) It just doesn't get much better than this, unless, of course, you swap the latte for a microbrew and catch a 9:30pm summer sunset. No wonder people love this town so much.

My first blog...

This is my first blog. Don't know how to start.....well.. lets start with the introduction.

Well I am from BBSR-Orissa but currently staying in Settle-USA. It has been 1yrs I have not been to my home town, ofcourse..missing..a lot. Yes....a lot, my parents, new home, friends and the KHATI. The last word could be little confusing, KHATI ....this is place where we friends get together and have unlimited fun (crazy funs). After getting job, its become hard for us to gather at one place, specially in IT job where we are not sure whether we will be staying in the same place for next month.

Friends....I miss those sweet times. Khati...!!
